Planning a DNA with an old account (since 2013, multiple purchases no SE).
Package arrived but nothing fit so going to make another order and then return the last one after. Is £750 too much to claim for DNA?
Don't want to get greedy but also feel like my account seems legit and last order arrived via Yodel with no signature or photo taken so easy pickings.

Was a success! Just had to wait 48 hours and message customer support again and presto

Was that for over £700??? If so that is impressive. Was worried about an upcoming SE attempt I have with them for around 200. Now I wish I got more.

I actually just received an email saying that they banned my account and that the claim won't be processed out of nowhere.
I'm not sure how this has happened as I've never SE'd anything on the account and my activity isn't particularly suspicious.
Please may you offer some help here? Can I still return the items without it seeming strange?

They seem to be doing this on a lot of accounts recently.

Here's an example dispute with Paypal over the same issue and with the same courier:

Do I just pack it in and return it, saying a neighbour from a different street gave it to me? I want to pursue it but not if I'm likely to lose. The delivery states that it was delivered through a part of my house that wouldn't have space for a parcel that big so I'm using that as my lead.
