On what grounds was the claim declined?
"On conclusion of our investigation, we have determined that the delivery was completed successfully to the address provided. We cannot accept liability for orders that go missing after the delivery has been completed. For this reason, we are unable to issue you with a replacement or refund."
ive asked them to re-access the investigation as its "simply not possible" that the delivery was completed successfully.

On the grounds you're still EB'ing It, tell them to provide photographic evidence of the package condition at the time It was delivered to your address.
The photo(s) must contain every angle of the package. That's provided you haven't mentioned anything about the package not being tampered with.
i will do but they are waiting for my crime reference number which the police havent sent me yet and its been like 2 days?

How did you contact the police to file the report?
there was an option to fill out a report on missing items, however i just contacted them personally about getting a crime ref number so hoping for a reply soon

Good to read.
Please keep us updated.
update: was never sent a crime reference number so i made up a fake excuse to apple saying i found them and they accepted the return request and got my money back at least. but good thing to know that the one time exception is gone.
