I want to SE a pair of apple airpods gen 3 on a fresh account, i plan to use the empty box method [missing the airpod case+airpods from the actual box] and was just wondering if the one time exception is still a thing?

i think its common sense that apple wouldnt display their one time exception to the public or else everyone would abuse fresh accounts

yeahh this one time exception thing was popping a month ago and people was banging it so much, still wondering if their policy is the same or if they have gone a bit stricter with it.
