Any updates on this did you get refund, I'm still stuck in a back and forth with pictures and PR that there not accepting

Well I filed online police report quoting the box was empty on delivery they sent me the crime number and reference number I have forwarded both but they are insistng on a hard stamped copy

i need to refill my PR aswell but im not sure where to do it because the one i sent wasnt the correct one they said

Same but all I have is an email from local force stating the crime number I mite forward that to them but it appears there ignoring me at the moment

Yes they even turned up to my house after I missed there call back asking what I would like them to do they told me they don't stamp or provide copy's of PR they said give them the crime number and log number that is all they will provide
