As said, the one-time exception can only be used once per account.

It doesn't apply If you order and checkout as a guest without an Apple ID or password - an account doesn't exist.

they've asked me to send pictures and file a PR and ive done so, they informed me the investigation will take 2 days and already asked me how would I like to be compensated for when it checks out, thats a sign i think?

i cant figure out the exact wording because it was on the phone but it was along the lines of "after the investigation goes through would you like to be compensated with replacement or refund"
now another update, they just emailed me saying they to call me to discuss something.

It sounds like they're simply discussing your options If the Investigation concludes In your favor.

and what happened on those occasions, cause i even made the box look a tiny bit scuffed aswell in the pictures i done a PR aswell what can they really say?
