i thought that didnt look to great but thats how it come from receipt mansion i used the john lewis templates and changed the logo vat no adresses etc i didnt change the fonts though i already sent it now but i did add the serial no to the product descrpition uploading this... i suppose i just have to roll with it now and hope for the best,,, ill get a few cans of beer in before she calls me for my nerves haha

been a few days haven't heard nothing,, Sent a quick message and had a missed call from them.....

Message went as below:
Hi JOHN DOE this is JANE DOE from Apple, I'm calling regarding your ongoing case with us, I need to discuss the case with you, We received the document your forwarded onto us, But it appears following our internal processes we will not be continuing further with our investigation, You will have to look for other means possibly with the courier company, Unfortunately we will not be able to proceed looking into this, Ill call you tomorrow but if you don't want to waste time possibly reach out to local law enforcement or the courier to proceed.

They've cross-checked the POP and couldn't verify It.

Tell him/her that you've mistakenly sent the one that belongs to another purchase of yours, then use the corrupted file method.

@mothered in my case I don't think that will be a good idea as the receipt I sent included the phones serial number on it... I think I had a rep who was on the ball to be honest when I first spoke to here it was like she thought she was the police haha...

Hopefully there will be no marks on my account or address and I can try again another way at a later date
