Well the item needs to be brand new and sold by Amazon. You need to understand that the wrong item needs to be dispatched from the same warehouse. Sometimes toys and dispatched from a different warehouse ,so it's recommended you use a similar type of item.

That being said... I've heard someone say they bought a laptop and said they received a4 paper. The hardest part is finding a similar item in weight.

With ftid sending an empty box is fine so there's no need for dry ice.

I will try to lure carrier into the apartment by opening the apartment door wide open, also i will put a sealed empty box next to my door maybe it can give the impression of "this is a home i can just put and go" i think these can raise my chance
after going up 3 floors the rest is up to the laziness of the courier.

yeah, i just talked with an rep and filled the form for the investigation, he said it will take 24-48 hours so im waiting. no problem till now. Lets see how it goes xD

I got an email that says "I've requested a refund for £9xx.xx. This will go through within the next 5-7 business days and will appear as a credit on your billing statement." i think we are done I didnt think it would be easy like this

It's best to stay low on amazon for a couple of months now. Tbh if it's a fresh account you should close the account as it's useless now.

I wonder why they didn't ask for a police report.
