Amazon Receipt Method #1
I'm a little new to SEing and I'm wondering how to do the amazon receipt method? My brother (who does SEing all the time) won't really tell me much, other than "the order number on the receipt has to be corresponding with a real order on your account" so how do I do it? thanks in advance Smile

Just pull up one of your past old orders. Use Inspect element in chrome its really easy. You can change the title and price to whatever you want it to be.

Obviously the order number will not match, so It comes down to an administrative error on their end (so they think).

If your SE Is formulated & calculated enough to solidify the fact that the Items were received against the receipt, then the probability of a successful outcome significantly Increases.

Problem being, they'll cross-check the order number and see that It does In fact belong to another order/shipment.

so I pretty much tell them it never came in, show them the receipt, and convince them the order number not showing is an error?

Is your brother still using the receipt method? This seems so unlikely to work that it got me curious.

Oh I thought you were just talking about creating a receipt to use as a proof of purchase for a warranty SE or something outside of amazon.. Yeah if you're trying to fool amazon you're gonna need all the luck in the world lol. Like mothered said they can easily just lookup the order # and see what you actually ordered. Can't believe this ever worked for anyone lol the rep would literally have to have tons of trust in you and the ability to just issue free shit for zero proof.

What they used to do is hack amazon accounts and then refund the products or SE their customer service into saying it never arrived and want to get the same product but to another address. Or ask refund into Amazon GC and claim on your own account and buy stuff.

If It's your own GC, It's not good practice to associate any details/transfers from a cracked account, to your own.

I'm not really sure, both him and my older cousin talked about doing it before and they said they had success so I guess it still worked?
