Hi,

I spoke to the rep online and they seemed that they’ve believed me and they said they would take the necessary steps to continue and resolve the problem, even asking if I wanted an exchange or a refund, (I’ve stated refund) but now I’ve received an email from Apple stating:


A police report for the missing product, masking any third-party data.
Multiple photos of the shipping box, especially the outside and the sealing tape.
Multiple photos of the product you received and its serial number, as well as the retail box and the barcode


I don’t have the shipping box anymore as I threw it away, but how do I obtain a police report? I don’t have a local police station. This is in London btw.

How do I get PR? Do I need to go in physically?

You need to go to your nearest station OR you can buy a PR template from someone and then change it with your informations.

Doesn't work if they check it. Only big companies that don't have big resources don't check them that often.
