Beginner here and I’m trying to do a AirPods Max SE. At first I was thinking of doing a swap with like item since I have a 1:1 on Amazon but now thinking of doing a DNA. For context, I live in a building. I was able to do a successful SE for a 3D printer by saying it never arrived and requesting a refund from another website but never tried it off Amazon. Any recommendations?

Additional note: trying out my first swap with a Xbox controller. Still waiting but I know that amazon has been on one recently from reading the posts

Amazon are meticulous with checking returns, so disregard It.

Check If an OTP will be required on delivery.

I have it set to deliver at my door but I’ve never had it pop up as OTP or signature. On my delivery instructions I don’t have anything showing OTP

If an OTP Is definitely not required, the DNA Is good to go.

Considering the nature of the Item and giving the SE the best chance of success, the DNA and wrong Item received Is a good combination.

I was thinking maybe I when I get the second one I just return it and say “it hurt my head or something” just to get the refund

In terms of SEing, you're not gaining anything - It'll be a legit return, correct?
