Advice on fixing amazon refund 11-12-2019, 12:14 AM

So I recently bought something out of amazon in EU to EU worth 2000 €.
I tried refunding it but it failed, and in the process I also got my account locked which has put me in a very intricate position in regards to getting my money back.
Before the account being locked up I managed to process a return label though.
So my question for you is:
1) If I return it legitimately will I get a legit refund, even though my account was locked / blacklisted?
2) Do I stand any chance of using the "boxing method" as an alternative to getting the refund?
