Advice on fixing amazon refund - phobetor00 - 11-12-2019 So I recently bought something out of amazon in EU to EU worth 2000 €. I tried refunding it but it failed, and in the process I also got my account locked which has put me in a very intricate position in regards to getting my money back. Before the account being locked up I managed to process a return label though. So my question for you is: 1) If I return it legitimately will I get a legit refund, even though my account was locked / blacklisted? 2) Do I stand any chance of using the "boxing method" as an alternative to getting the refund? RE: Advice on fixing amazon refund - mothered - 11-12-2019 More details would be of help. Please elaborate on the method used, the Item In question and on what grounds they decided to lock your account. RE: Advice on fixing amazon refund - db8803 - 11-12-2019 If you have a return label, return the item and you will get the refund. It's been done even with a closed account. I said it did not arrived, they investigated and I got locked basicaly because I was dumb and forgot I had refunded and got locked on this same account years ago. The product is a small camera + lens weighing around 2 kg. Using the boxing method for such a high price item would be a bit too risky right?
