So, the ietm got delivered, there was a photo with my toes and my door open wide, so i thought of no DNA. After that, i thought of boxing it as a last resort, i thought to myself, "why not try EB it anyway since i wouldn't lose anything?". And guess what, it worked! A 5 minute chat, no investigations, no nothing. Do note the order was only £50, and it's the first ever addidas order to this address. I also acted bad in english.
It doesn't get much easier than that, congrats.

The cost of the Item was not worth the administration and manpower costs, hence the claim was almost Instantly approved.

What was their exact reply to decline the claim?

(02-04-2023, 12:23 PM)Ashitbag Wrote: They connected it to another claim made previously, even though payment method was different, as was delivery address.
Family name, given name, phone number etc, all different as well?

The payment address was the same, but it was under a different name and from a different card. All other details were different, different delivery name and address. The new delivery address and name did not seem to matter, or the card details being different.

It was a phone call, so I don't have exact phrasing. They said after investigating they connected the account to another refund made recently and as a result they could not process a refund. CS agent said it was locked from her end and she could not even process a refund if she wanted too. Sound like the way Amazon connect accounts and lock them from getting refunded.
Any matching details will be detected, hence It's Imperative to change the lot.

I can't change billiing details. That is where I live and I don't have another house. Also payment doesn't go through if I alter billing address details. Does anyone have any idea how to get around that sort of problem?

RE: Adidas Help #23
I've done an empty box for Addias for £100, live chat and an instant refund on an aged account. Not sure what the limit is.

I hadn't planned to, but when the delivery company they chose decided to leave the package at a drop-off point 30 miles away from my address and Adidas refused to help, I thought F it, sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do!

There's no Impact on your actual address when EB'ing.

It's the DNA that you need to be careful with.
