So, the ietm got delivered, there was a photo with my toes and my door open wide, so i thought of no DNA. After that, i thought of boxing it as a last resort, i thought to myself, "why not try EB it anyway since i wouldn't lose anything?". And guess what, it worked! A 5 minute chat, no investigations, no nothing. Do note the order was only £50, and it's the first ever addidas order to this address. I also acted bad in english.
The cost of the Item was not worth the administration and manpower costs, hence the claim was almost Instantly approved.

The payment address was the same, but it was under a different name and from a different card. All other details were different, different delivery name and address. The new delivery address and name did not seem to matter, or the card details being different.
It was a phone call, so I don't have exact phrasing. They said after investigating they connected the account to another refund made recently and as a result they could not process a refund. CS agent said it was locked from her end and she could not even process a refund if she wanted too. Sound like the way Amazon connect accounts and lock them from getting refunded.
