Literally just placed an order for some shoes on ASOS, I've heard good things but I have never hit them personally. I'll keep this thread updated with what happens.
I plan to perform a DNA on two Nike shoes, then selling them for less than retail. (Anything is profit.)

It says they will arrive in less than a week.
Anything I should know going into ASOS? Not sure if anyone has previously done a DNA and might have some tips.

I placed an asos order Friday last week (uk). Arrived Sunday. Had to wait 2 full days before they could register it as missing. On the chat for 10 minutes and email from them yesterday saying a full refund has been processed.

Typically it's anything upwards of 2 pairs of shoes that comes in separate packages. From my experience with other companies they will just put both shoes in a bigger box and ship them out. If for whatever reason they come in two packages I will act accordingly, but we will cross that bridge when we get to it.

If they're delivered at the same timeslot obviously by the same driver, yes, It's not an Issue.

Essentially, you're hitting a single DNA - for the fact that one claim number Is assigned to both shipments.

From experience; no company refunds delivery cost, as that money is payed to the carrier not the company.
