ASOS SE - CRSN47 - 03-02-2023

Literally just placed an order for some shoes on ASOS, I've heard good things but I have never hit them personally. I'll keep this thread updated with what happens.
I plan to perform a DNA on two Nike shoes, then selling them for less than retail. (Anything is profit.)
*Price for the order was $201 with tax.*
It says they will arrive in less than a week.
Anything I should know going into ASOS? Not sure if anyone has previously done a DNA and might have some tips.

I placed an asos order Friday last week (uk). Arrived Sunday. Had to wait 2 full days before they could register it as missing. On the chat for 10 minutes and email from them yesterday saying a full refund has been processed.

ASOS works fine with DNA, hit it 2 times in a row successfully.

Typically it's anything upwards of 2 pairs of shoes that comes in separate packages. From my experience with other companies they will just put both shoes in a bigger box and ship them out. If for whatever reason they come in two packages I will act accordingly, but we will cross that bridge when we get to it.
I've hit a DNA on an order that came in two packages before, shouldn't be a problem.

If they're delivered at the same timeslot obviously by the same driver, yes, It's not an Issue.

Essentially, you're hitting a single DNA - for the fact that one claim number Is assigned to both shipments.

Yeah the two shoe boxes came in one container. I was able to open a live chat and speak to someone about it.
They approved the refund and the money will be in my account in 10 days. Easy peasy

From experience; no company refunds delivery cost, as that money is payed to the carrier not the company.
