RE: AMD SE help #21
My case was reviewed by a higher ranking team member and their reply was as follows: ''I have personally reviewed the photos and receipt you provided us and I have come to the conclusion that your case is false. It has been cancelled and no action will be taken from now onward.''

Is it over or can I still do something? I think my PoP looked pretty genuine.

A very poor response.

In what respect did they decide that you falsified your claim? Tell them to elaborate and provide evidence In support of their decision.

They are still ignoring my emails.

@mothered, do you think there's something I can do to draw their attention?

Shoot off emails to every department you can think of, regardless of whether or not Its relevant.

You're bound to eventually get a response.

So I finally received a response, but they want me to attach the amazon order confirmation email again. How should I reply?

I don't remember the events of your SE, and haven't got time to sift through each post.

Why Is the confirmation email an Issue?

Why Is the confirmation email an Issue?

I'm doing a warranty claim using a serial number I found without actually having the CPU. I tried boxing them, but they refused to approve the RMA because they received an empty box (I did make it look like it had been tampered with, but they claimed otherwise. I also asked for pictures of my package as it was handed to them and pointed out that somebody had opened it and sealed it with different tape but they ignored me).

Before I had sent the empty box they asked me for a confirmation email and I did photoshop a fake one and send it to them, but now they are asking me to attach the confirmation email as a reply however that is obviously not an option since I did not actually purchase the CPU. I told them that I don't have access to the email account that I used to purchase the CPU anymore, but they are ignoring me again. They also told me their decision is final, and without me attaching the confirmation email they cannot proceed the RMA.

Due to not being able to fulfil their request for a reason that's well and truly justified, their decision Is not final.

Request a "re-escalation" on the following grounds:

They can offer an alternative solution, but they can't be bothered.
