AMD SE help - Sutfnabor - 11-07-2022
Hello, I'm in the process of trying to SE a CPU from amd. I have already sent in an empty box, but now they want me to attach the original order confirmation from the store I bought the cpu from (I don't have that). I have already sent them a fake screenshot of a confirmation email.
How can I proceed? I'm thinking of saying that I don't have the email anymore, only the screenshot.

Now they're waiting for my reply.

Tell them that you've contacted the store, however they were unable to locate the order and you also don't have access to the email account where the confirmation was sent.

They don't want a file from me, I have already photoshopped a confirmation email but now they want me to attach the order confirmation email that I received as a link (to be honest I'm also not exactly sure what they mean by that), but now they aren't responding again.
