AMD SE help 11-07-2022, 09:44 AM
#1
Hello, I'm in the process of trying to SE a CPU from amd. I have already sent in an empty box, but now they want me to attach the original order confirmation from the store I bought the cpu from (I don't have that). I have already sent them a fake screenshot of a confirmation email.
How can I proceed? I'm thinking of saying that I don't have the email anymore, only the screenshot.

Sorry for not being clear enough, I meant to say that I had sent a fake screenshot and that was their reaction. Now they're waiting for my reply.

They stopped responding, apparently they can't continue the RMA without me attaching the original order confirmation email.
How should I proceed?

They don't want a file from me, I have already photoshopped a confirmation email but now they want me to attach the order confirmation email that I received as a link (to be honest I'm also not exactly sure what they mean by that), but now they aren't responding again.
