80gramm Package (M.2 SSD) refund 03-09-2021, 12:02 PM
#1
So I got this package which weights 79 - 82 Gramm.
Just took the product out of the package and tape up the package with e.g. blue Tape and send it back? Or what would be the best?

So just do the empty Box method and for safety just use different tape color?

Simply say that the Item was not enclosed when you opened the box.
Is the box fully packaged In cardboard? Also, who's the company and what's the Item?

Thanks for that.
You're good to go by saying that the Item was missing when you opened the box.

You're most welcome.
As you're aware, an Investigation Is simply part of company protocol to move forward with your claim.

They wanted me to fill an "accident report" from DHL where I had to fill in the TrackingID and what was damaged or lost in the package and send the package to DHL so they can watch the package?
I filled in the report and went with the empty box to DHL and gave them everything. Idk what this is for?
My opinion is that I think that's for the company to solve if they or DHL have to pay the loss. But I'm unsure.

Coincidentally I have ordered almost the exact same model as you, but am still waiting for delivery. I will simply say the drive was missing from the box, but the box was in perfect condition, so it's factory error. I will be happy sending back the box if that's what they ask for, as the total package I believe is only 60-80g, so likely would not have registered the drive alone. Regardless I will sell it packaged or not (depending on what I am asked to do in terms of returning) for dirt cheap so I don't really care (like $50). A quick buck is my personal favorite way to go, as it's low risk. I was originally going to Photoshop the ssd to look like it burst into flames, but I realized that would cause too much attention both from the seller and likely the manufacturer to find out the batch number. What do you think about this idea anyway? I could still do it.
Anyway, tell us how it goes! Hope you get the refund/replacement!
