I told you, it's scripted, they're MAYBE going to verify the weight and that's it, nobody is coming after you
Also, if you used a fake name, you could've just been getting a package for a friend, and he's the one complaining now, you have no business in all this

I got an issue, been waiting on my replacement for a while now and so far I just keep getting delayed responses about Logistics trying hard to ship out my replacement but I’m tired of waiting and requested a refund but they denied it because they are unable to process the refund as they are in the process of trying to ship out my replacement.
