Just a heads up , Yodel ask to take a picture of the package inside the property with the door open, assuming your neighbour has no issue with that then all is well. The driver practically launched mine onto the floor with an audible thud! Had I not of claimed an EB I'm sure DOA would have been suitable. 😂😭

Unless the neighbour Is willing to support your SE, It's not good practice to get them Involved.

I just got an email back saying this

This can take some time to conclude and may potentially involve the courier reaching out to you directly and coming back to do an investigation on site.

If it's the headset you want refunding then the headset did it come in 2 packages?

Basically the parcel was empty
