Yea I wasn't  planning to DNA it. The guy that was originally supposed to take care of this for me turned out to be a bit of a waste.
Bad comms and not going through with stuff on time.

So would you suggest I legit return the order and place a new one with a different name crd and address and try a method that way?

I would definitely just DNA its the easiest option in my opinion. Say you just returned from your trip.
