Nike refund help - ElieMK - 11-16-2020 Hi, I had a service bail out on me so now I'm wanting to try do it myself and if I can't then I will legit return the items. It is a nike order. It was delivered 7 days ago. Shoes. Long sleeve top, and socks. What is the best way for me to go ahead with the return? I'm able to email them, talk on like chat, and I can even edit the return label via photoshop Any help would be much appreciated as I would love to keep these items. Edit: They did not even start on my nike order as they were doing another company order. If you're planning to SE every Item, then the DNA Is the way to go, however you've received the package a week ago which will cause complications. That Is, It's highly unlikely for anyone to wait an entire week for their package to arrive, and then call the company. RE: Nike refund help - ElieMK - 11-16-2020 Yea I wasn't planning to DNA it. The guy that was originally supposed to take care of this for me turned out to be a bit of a waste. Bad comms and not going through with stuff on time. So would you suggest I legit return the order and place a new one with a different name crd and address and try a method that way? Say you just returned from your trip. RE: Nike refund help - ButtCheese00 - 11-16-2020 Regardless of what you try you can always legitimately return what you don’t want to keep. I’d just try DNA if it where me, Exact same thing happened to me and it was my very first time using a refunder and haven’t used one since, because I do it myself now. I ended up just returning the items I didn’t want and keeping the items I liked. Took the loss, Oh and the reason why it didn’t go through for me (DNA) is that the Refunder couldn’t remember what he told nike 😆 RE: Nike refund help - Roadman - 11-16-2020 Nike funnily enough has been really tricky lately. Editing labels/boxing them is very hit and miss. I've seen multiple people say boxing no longer works. Your options are either DNA, Partial, or box them and hope for the best. Are you in UK or USA, and what is the order value? Edit: My advice is to DNA. You can say you was waiting for it to arrive, hence why you never contacted them straight away. If it fails you can say the parcel turned up later and then you can box them. I know @mothered told me on another recent thread that two claims (DNA and boxing) with the same order is bad practice, but this is pretty much your only solid option. Good luck! RE: Nike refund help - ElieMK - 11-16-2020 It’s a bit late to dna I think plus I’ll end up having to deal with the delivery guy when he comes back here I think I might just try box the same weight and edit the label to a random address then contact them a week later asking about the refund. Edit: I appreciate all the replies! It's better to give It a shot with the probability of It working, than to leave It and not gain anything In return. RE: Nike refund help - ElieMK - 11-17-2020 I returned them legit its fine. I can make a new order with different payment name and address. When I do that. What is the best option to do it? Nike will send separate shipments for each items. So 4 items will be shipped in 4 different boxes. |
