when i reply to someone and he reply 3 hour later , must have quick chat inside forum only..

Given he/she Is not active when generating your post, the same will apply during live chat.

shout-out box depend on interaction we are thinking like that as we normally reply to other post after 1 hour - 2 hour...but we will change from time to time ..as much more members will interact..without testing we cannot say anything until we try it may be our thinking is wrong..

Please re-read our previous comments. We did indeed have live-chat option in the past. They are no longer here for a reason. The reason we say no is, because we have tried it, and it didn't work out. The reality is, people come here because it's a forum, not because it has live chat features. If you want live chat, that's what the discord is for. We have tried other live chat services in the past, but the only thing people consistently used, was Discord. If people are taking 3 hours to reply to a post, they would have taken 3 hours to reply to your live chat message. If you tag someone, or send a reply in their thread, they get an instant notification, the same as you would with a live chat. Therefore, I do not see any reason to try it again, for yet another attempt.

Tl;dr - This was tried in the past, and didn't work out.
