Got an email saying I needed a police report for it to progress, which is kinda stupid but I talked to a rep again and he was adamant on a police report. I'm saving a chargeback for something bigger, and I can't do PayPal as I didn't pay through it. So, I filed the police report, hopefully they'll just say it's out of their hands as nothing was stolen from me personally. I'll keep you updated.
