So i'm going with wrong item received method and switching these.. The problem is the cheap phone WITH the box actually came to like 380g and the expensive one is 500g.

Why not opt for the "sealed box method", and make up the difference In weight with anything you like?

The wrong Item received, gives them reason to check the return. The sealed box doesn't- namely the "Item enclosed".

But surely they will have another of said cheap phone to hand to weigh.. I mean they will surely weigh those in an investigation.. or do you think they will only weigh the one you sent back.. also what's to say they dont go through the contents and check.. and if they see the extra item in there they will probs call the police with good evidence against me lol
