For this one it was fairly smooth. Simply sent the item back as they requested and waited. Overall took 1-2 weeks so not too terrible! Think what helped is getting that one person to promise a refund and pushing that agenda.

any update on what happened? i wouldnt order something that expensive as if you fail the resale price usually means quite a big loss.. but on black friday maybe

what was the other items worth? and was it from the same department on amazon?

Was from a different department and little less than $200. Found something that matched the weight almost exactly and never minded spending a little bit to get a lot from it.
