That'd be interesting. I'm going to save that as a second last resort before a chargeback.  Would need to order a similar sized laptop and do that.  Based on the information I've provided what alternatives do you think I have? I could attempt to keep pushing the issue in hopes the right person just helps me out. A majority state they need it back so at that point I could either get a burnt laptop or somehow do something with the prepaid label that they have sent.

The representative told me that I would receive the refund in probably 2 days or so and told me do not worry as it is being processed.

Did you get the name of the representative In question, or do you have written confirmation of the (pending) refund?
