No problem whatsoever.

(07-30-2020, 03:58 AM)nsfalpha Wrote: The carrier is FedEx and it is listed as "Signature Required Upon Delivery" however I doubt that they will actually require a signature as many times in the past, they have simply dropped off the package and left.
Perfect DNA material. I've experienced the same with FedEx on many occasions.

In such circumstances, It has a very high success rate.

It may not come to this, so take It one step at a time.

(07-30-2020, 03:58 AM)nsfalpha Wrote: The only concern I have at this point is that Walmart may or may not ask me to file a police report? I understand that police reports aren't too big of a deal as it is part of their companies policy, however, personally I would just want to stay away from that as much as possible considering my item is just under $200.
If the cost of the Investigation outweighs (or comes close to) the cost of the Item, they may well disregard the police report.

(07-30-2020, 03:58 AM)nsfalpha Wrote: The package is supposed to be delivered soon so I am waiting to contact them 1 or 2 days after to ask about my package.
Very good practice- I always recommend contacting the company the next day at the minimum.

(07-30-2020, 03:58 AM)nsfalpha Wrote: I have recently also seen someone performing a Walmart DNA but the total for the items was quite expensive, leading to the police report as requested from Walmart. I hope that is not the case for my package but I will indeed check upon this thread and ask for opinions and advice as the DNA proceeds.
Try not to overthink the SE and predict events that may not eventuate.

Focus on the "probabilities" and not "possibilities".

You're always welcome.

Success! Within 5 minutes of contacting Walmart, they processed a refund confirmation for me. Yes, the FedEx delivery simply dropped off the package and didn't bother to take pictures or ask for a signature which was very helpful in the SE. For most of my SE, I would wait 1 day before contacting them, would 2 days in your opinion be too long or it's perfectly fine? The reason as to why I wait a day is so the customer service reps would believe that I was not aware that the package was arriving the day listed and or an error in the carrier.

That is a very wise quote and I will definitely take that into mind in not only SE's but also all parts of life. Focus on the "probabilities" and not "possibilities". Thank you for your wisdom and your knowledge, it is greatly appreciated and valued.
