Zalando is easy to SE. They'll just make you fill in a form where you enter the details of the product which you didn't receive and you put a signature that you didn't "receive' the goods.

Why are you singing for that? As in is this part of an investigation or simply part of the process they take when dealing with such issues?

I read other threads, I think is part of their routine if you request a refund claiming you receive partial items of the original order.
