Has anyone done zalando partial refund recently? looking to do one and want to know if the method is still working
buy 8-9 items and refund 1-2 and send back rest for full refund and keep the 1-2 refunded

Zalando is easy to SE. They'll just make you fill in a form where you enter the details of the product which you didn't receive and you put a signature that you didn't "receive' the goods.

Why are you singing for that? As in is this part of an investigation or simply part of the process they take when dealing with such issues?
