Don't provide the one the company gave you. A cheap label with tracking is fine. Wait for PayPals outcome and hope they tell you to return the items. Then you provide the tracking number to PayPal.
Separately, was you expecting the company to not reply? Or was your plan to box them?
I was hoping for the company not to reply. so if paypal asks me to return the items, I just send them the prepaid label that the merchant sent me and call it a day? it doesnt need to say deliver? like theres no need to make a tid?
As long as PayPal asks you to return the items, you will highly likely succeed. No need to get stressed. Good luck.
Edit: Yes it must say delivered for PayPal to refund you.
So in theory if I had ordered 2 macbooks, and sent an empty box with my own tracking label, PayPal will automatically side with me?
