I'm just writing to update that I'm still fighting this case.

Basicallythey told me to wait until they check with wearehouse, but since I'm a concerned customer who is waiting for a legit refund for a returned item, I called like 4 times to their support, but they can't do anything because they need to wait confirmation from the warehouse, which doesn't have a phone (they literally said this) so I can't call them directly.

So I'm still waiting. I guess it's kind of a good sign because I think that if they had registered an empty package or something I would have got a response by now. If so much time has passed I hope they are not finding it.

My goodness, It's been 3 weeks thus far.

They may well be Inundated with claims, hence the wait. Please reply when you receive their response.
