if I try to get a refund/replacement on my $200 Acer monitor

How long have you had the monitor from the time of delivery?

I went back and looked at my account again and I was wrong, my first purchase was early October last year ($20 phone case), which I had to do a legitimate replacement on because it was broken.

I've had the monitor for 12 days
