As a matter of Interest, what was discussed to ultimately result In a successful outcome?

Basically was that i was waiting already for few days for the order to come in and didn't got anything yet even though on the website was saying that was already delivered.. The support person quickly said sorry and asked if i want a refund in amazon gift card or original payment. Was just that, maybe was in a rush because had to many calls in line or i was just lucky that wasn't much questions asked.
