It's the exact same as saying DNA but this time round you have a backup plan in case they reply. If you say SNAD and they don't reply then of course you won't need to box anything.

thanks @mothered a friend did an item worth 350 and said it arrived with a cable missing and they refunded him without asking to return the item

Not asked to return partially missing Items makes sense, but for the most part, the wrong Item received will be requested. That's how most companies operate- upon receipt of the Item, a refund Is Issued thereafter.
