As mentioned in the previous email our warehouse has confirmed that they have not received this item.

So, i'm going to return the ipad. Im exhausted.
If you want, you can try again with new information and trying with their address on the label. If they claim they don't have it, you can open an investigation with carrier that'll prove it was sent to them.

and even if you wouldve delivered to their warehouse as "Junk"
I find it hard to believe they would just throw it away
Especially being that the tracking number is on that "junk" mail
For smaller companies, maybe. With large companies, they receive tons of packages a day. They don't hold onto junk mail.

It's important to note what methods work with what companies for data points. Appears Walmart with a nearby address doesn't work (through rep. Have you actually spoken with supervisors yet?). What happened in your Costco DNA?
For electronics, this is a different procedure for me. I have my "method/story" when I initiate returns for clothes (a simple covid-19 gaining weight etc...) As for electronics, this is way harder than I expected. I failed my costco refund but that was DNA and now walmart. both orders excess over 1k each. Back to the drawing board fellas...
Also, failure isn't a bad thing. You've learned more about how the company operates and now you'll have a higher chance of success next time around. You also have more experience in general for other companies now too.
