Update on Walmart FTID mothered:
without going into any specifics and just listing the basics, I've waited 3-5 business days as the refund suggests for walmart, I contacted a live agent via phone call, spoke with him and I did exactly as you said mothered, I tried to focus on the main objective that the tracking ID says delivered. He briefly put me on hold and came back and said "the tracking ID says delivered but the item still hasen't checked in with the warehouse yet". He then said he will escalate this matter immediately to a manager and the manager will give me a call within 24hrs -28 hrs.
Should I be worried? or is this normal? whats my next step?
