I've personally SE'd an item weighted more than 3kg using the Missing item

The reps must've been half asleep when processing the claim.

What was the company and Item?

It was back in the good days, when Amz reps couldn't care less about refunds. It was funny, because i had 2 items ordered in the box, one of them was around 3kg, the other was maybe 0.5kg. I just wanted to see what will happen if i say the heavier item was missing...well the answer was "Do you prefer Refund of Replacement"

P.S it was a cheap item not more than 100EUR
