Companies on a large scale, usually do not respond.

I don't believe anything has changed with Samsung, and to the best of my knowledge, Microsoft also don't respond.

Is that a particular site of samsung/microsoft? Or are all regions affected. With microsoft, is that the microsoft windows store or the surface store?

Just Samsung and Microsoft In general.

I wouldn't be surprised if the whole range of stores suffer from the same problem. But I would expect Microsoft store to have some reply agents for its more expensive products...
