The refund will be processed on both the return of the Items, and PoP (proof of purchase).

If you only send the receipt, they will request the Items be returned.

No i think they'll issue a refund when i request for the driver to come collevt it.  Otherwise it wouldn't be a manual refund

And If they don't receive the goods, they'll debit your account.

They just emailed me the return labels and told me to arrange a pickup and then contact them with the collection receipts. Is it too late to SE?
