I think his idea is, to say only one jacket arrived, get the refund for the missing item.

If that's the case, the missing Item method heavily relies on the weight of the Item.

If the weight registers on the consignment and the company cross-checks the carrier's manifest, then the SE will fail.

So they are requesting for a return label to be given and they will give me a manual refund and want proof of the receipt in the box I think. What if I just send the proof and don't request delivery from DPD?? First they wanted me to give it to the post office but I said I can't due to the current situation.
