Currently in the process of refunding a Corsair keyboard
Don’t actually own the keyboard but got the serial number

Basically contacted them saying it was faulty and I hadn’t had it long
Spoke to a rep and they’ve said
They’re need a invoice so I made a fake one
After the invoice was sent they replied back saying the return was authorised with some instructions.

This is now where I’m at.

I’m going to not reply for about a week and then say to them did you receive the keyboard when they say no I’m going to say I sent it off the day I was told to return it if they ask for a tracking number I’m going to say I sent with Royal Mail 2nd class no tracking. Then play a fuss about how I’m now out of a keyboard and money and hopefully this’ll complete my SE.

I’ll keep this post updated
