When I SE food Items, I deal with the company directly (solely purchased from them), hence no other entities are Involved which makes the claims process a lot easier.
Yeah that's what I've done, browsed products that I want on Amazon and contact the seller on there own site. I tell them that I purchased there product on Amazon and it made me sick and ill. However, they asked for the order ID to confirm I actually ordered the product. This is what I meant. Any help?
