Obviously the order number will not match, so It comes down to an administrative error on their end (so they think).

If your SE Is formulated & calculated enough to solidify the fact that the Items were received against the receipt, then the probability of a successful outcome significantly Increases.

Just pull up one of your past old orders. Use Inspect element in chrome its really easy. You can change the title and price to whatever you want it to be.

Problem being, they'll cross-check the order number and see that It does In fact belong to another order/shipment.
