[mothered]

@mothered I’ve just ordered the air pods from Argos and they said it will arrive
tomorrow,I have only ordered airpods and nothing else  am I still able to say that the air pods were not in the box?

You certainly can.

The objective of the missing Item method In this case, Is to say that the "box" (and not the package) arrived empty. That Is, the contents/AirPods were missing.

Okay so as far as I’m concerned the parcel arrived, I opened the air pods box and there was nothing inside?

Spot-on. A lot of members on this board have succeeded In using this methodology.

As said, because they're so light, It will be extremely difficult to determine whether they were Included In the (delivery) consignment.
