On the above grounds, they've requested the response via email, so simply tell them that you've sent It. Of course, you'll do nothing of the sort.

Obviously "call them" and ask why your claim Is taking so long. No doubt they'll ask you to send It again, and you'll repeated the above process. The objective Is to seemingly comply until they either give In, or request another form of declaration (that's not legally binding) to finalize your claim.

Ive just rang them again and he said he couldnt see an email from me. I told him i had sent one and that it was begginging to be a bit of a mess about as ive been waiting.... Im gonna rig up tomorrow and try the same thing and hope they process the claim. Are there any other appraoches i could try
