Hey all,

I've never attempted to refund anything so I want to see if I can refund something, I purchased a cheap pair of shoes which were meant to deliver in around a week according to amazon tracking but they came to early af and arrived today.

My plan was to go for a standard DNA but that's basically fucked considering one of my family members signed for it and the courier took pictures apparently (family member said so, I don't have access to courier tracking because amazon doesn't give it). Signature would have my second name on it.

So I'm hoping you guys could help me out here, am I basically screwed? I think I am but am to be open to ideas.

Appreciate any sort of help, thanks in advance.
