On further conversation with dpd the courier has stated he gave it to me and at my house. Which is totally wrong as I was 2 miles away at work.

Get an attendance report from your work, on the day they (Dpd) claim It was delivered and accepted at your home. Send/email the report and request an apology for their Incapacity to provide the correct Information. Also, demand that they finalize the Investigation asap.

I have provided all as you have recommended. And they have stated dpd are still insisiting iv sent copies of my signature they do not match. And they told me driver is out tomorrow but cannot confirm a time i work so good chance i wont be home. Stuck as to what to do next.
